大棚滴灌具备下降湿度、提高地温、节水、省工、高效、增产等许多优点。但大棚滴灌机械在使用中常涌现灌水器损坏、滴孔堵塞、出程度均度差及流量小等缺陷。为了避免以上缺陷的发生，用户应留意以下几点：

　　一、选择适宜的滴灌机械：

1.经过盘算或按设计恳求，选择适宜的水泵；经过盘算设计出合理的供水管径和管长，以达到较高的均匀度；供水管道应选择具备抗老化性能的塑料管材。

2.灌水器是关键部件，要选择出程度均、抗堵塞能力强、安装使用便捷的灌水器。

3.选择的过滤器，应为120日或150日，并具备耐腐蚀、易冲刷等优点。

　　二、准确安装滴灌机械：

1.供水管道的安装要采取双向分水方法，力求两侧安排均衡。

2.首部枢纽在安装进程中，必须在过滤器的前后各装1块压力表，1个阀门，其目标是为了察看过滤器前后的压差及便于调节流量和压力，同时便于过滤器的清洗。

2.过滤器是保证系统正常工作的关键部件，要经常清洗。若发现滤网破损，要及时改换。

3.灌水器易损坏，应小心铺放，细心管理，不用时要轻轻卷起，切忌踩压或在地上拖动。

4.加强管理，避免杂物进入灌水器或供水管内。若发现有杂物进入，应及时打开堵塞头冲刷干净。

5.冬季大棚内温渡过低时，要采取相应办法，避免冻裂塑料件、供水管及灌水器等。
