1.作业前应检查机械各连接部位螺栓紧固情况、各润滑点是否缺油；确认制动部分工作是否可靠。

（1）启动调节控制开关至卷帘挡，观察卷帘作业工作情况，卷帘至棚顶约30厘米左右时停机，切断电源。

10.停电后手摇卷放操作时必须切断电源，防止作业中突然送电造成误操作，危害人身安全。

11.对于因结构不同而引起的大棚卷帘机械作业上的差异，应严格按照产品使用说明书或有效技术文件进行操作。

12.完成卷放作业后，切断总开关，防止误操作，造成人身危害。
