棚面较平时要避免辊筒过小

辊筒卷帘机运行时，辊筒部位成为一个着力点，它承担着棚面覆盖物向下的力，因此辊筒需要保持一定的面积和重量。而记者在采访时了解到，不少菜农棚室上的辊筒卷帘机的辊筒非常小，有的直接使用车轮来替代辊筒。这样会有两方面的影响，尤其是对棚面较平的棚室，这样的辊筒更容易出现问题。

采访中记者发现，有些安装在大棚一侧的辊筒卷帘机发生了较为严重的跑偏。开始时整个辊筒还在墙体上运行，而一段时间以后，近辊筒的一侧着于墙体上。
